Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nuno Porto kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 8th minute of play forced Lofi Girl Portimao's goalkeeper Afonso Mourato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuno Porto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Porto in the 13th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Carlos Melo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carlos Melo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 24th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afonso Mourato. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Afonso Mourato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Nuno Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Lofi Girl Portimao's Carlos Melo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Adam George hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Carlos Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afonso Mourato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 56th minute of the match. Afonso Mourato didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patricio Costa went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Lofi Girl Portimao's Ramiro Medeiros was substituted for Israel Brás. After having played for 65 minutes, Carlos Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lofi Girl Portimao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Melo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute, Venezuela's Patricio Costa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Melo in the 74th minute of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 minutes, Ramiro Medeiros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lofi Girl Portimao and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ramiro Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Jose Correa came free in the 80th minute and tried to tip the ball over Afonso Mourato, but to the joy of Lofi Girl Portimao's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. In the 82nd minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Afonso Mourato came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Illescas slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 96th minute. Venezuela played a much better game than Lofi Girl Portimao and deserved their victory. The Lofi Girl Portimao players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
