An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Dagora in the 41st minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the game, F.C. Sant Sabo's Mazuste Flores nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fabio Villafane kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, F.C. Sant Sabo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Edur to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. Sant Sabo the free kick.
