Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Miguel Zuasnabar made the kick off and thus started the match. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 7th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Milagros Fraga immediately put the ball in play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Zuasnabar, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Miguel Zuasnabar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sitthachat Jampeehom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavião Kyikatejê's Sitthachat Jampeehom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 19th minute of play. Maksymilian Kolba lost his temper 25 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 24th minute, one of Gavião Kyikatejê:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gavião Kyikatejê. Sitthachat Jampeehom had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Luz Tejedor's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The excitement rose when Peru's Luz Tejedor after 27 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-1. When Eliseo Mina came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Mina couldn't finish the play. Sitthachat Jampeehom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Zuasnabar. In the 42nd minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sitthachat Jampeehom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Gavião Kyikatejê's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miroslaw Dobilas in the 59th minute. The corner led Gavião Kyikatejê's Miroslaw Dobilas to fire away a dangerous shot which Rolando Noboa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Sitthachat Jampeehom made a huge save. Milagros Fraga hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Zuasnabar, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Sitthachat Jampeehom in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Zuasnabar in the 71st minute of the match. After 71 minutes of play, Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gogo Oriol made in the 74th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Davie McWhirter however managed to control. The supporters of Peru booed when Gavião Kyikatejê was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Zuasnabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sitthachat Jampeehom was a little too slow when Julian Murillo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 2-2. Luz Tejedor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sitthachat Jampeehom came out and tried to block the shot, but Luz Tejedor slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 81st minute. In the 89th minute of the match, Milagros Fraga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sitthachat Jampeehom was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 90th minute, Eliseo Mina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Davie McWhirter kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
