After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Orlando Casaus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Casaus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamílton Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Falk Scheufens took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Hamílton Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Hamílton Loyola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xavier Figueroa went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Chile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™.
