The referee ignored C o n f i a n ç a - SE's protests and gave Songur Ersalmış a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Songur Ersalmış hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jânio Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vito Batista got free with Diguinho Carioca in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's Okan Sungurtekin got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. In the 63rd minute, Andrézinho Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Charles Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot.
