Oscar Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. When Doriva Saldanha fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Miau Stars's protests and gave Doriva Saldanha a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jardel Velloso to strike the kick off in the second half. Flavinho Sousa hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rdth minute of the game Ronaldo Fenomeno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ronaldo Fenomeno kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juvenal Talló. That made the score 0-3 in the 55 minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Fenomeno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Juvenal Talló was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ronaldo Fenomeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. In the 72nd minute Leandro Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdulkadir Eraslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72nd play minutes Jardel Velloso shot 1-5, a short shot which went by Abdulkadir Eraslan and just under the crossbar into goal. Miau Stars made a substitution. Egídio I replaced Armando Graack. In the 79th match minute, Miau Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doriva Saldanha to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Bene Animatus's zone, Ronaldo Fenomeno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juvenal Talló came out of the goal and Ronaldo Fenomeno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ronaldo Fenomeno struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Juvenal Talló didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miau Stars. In the 89th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno made a precise shot to the right of Juvenal Talló. Bene Animatus's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6.
