Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Hector Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 3rd minute of play. If Roque Acosta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hector Pedroso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Tiburones Pacufantásticos got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Miro. 19 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 23 played minutes Tiburones Pacufantásticos got a freekick which was hit by Diego Rafe. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Pedroso having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tiburones Pacufantásticos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Cristian Sancho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hector Pedroso quite easily take care of the ball. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Tiburones Pacufantásticos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Roque Acosta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roque Acosta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Roque Acosta came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Tiburones Pacufantásticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Acosta couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Roque Acosta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 57 minutes into the match, Tiburones Pacufantásticos's goalkeeper Hector Pedroso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. 61 minutes into the match, Tiburones Pacufantásticos's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Hector Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Hector Pedroso got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Hector Pedroso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Tiburones Pacufantásticos from getting a goal against them. Hector Pedroso came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to Tiburones Pacufantásticos getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Donato Quinto hit a great ball. Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Hector Pedroso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Tiburones Pacufantásticos from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Acosta in the 77th minute of play. Diego Rafe charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Rafe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Diego Rafe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Tiburones Pacufantásticos defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Pedroso. The Tiburones Pacufantásticos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Pedroso should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
