Gilles Eekhout was a little too slow when Abram Sarmiento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Gilles Eekhout in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC Milan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
