Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Alonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Antonio 1961 FC's zone, Mario Fernandino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filiberto Quintas came out of the goal and Mario Fernandino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Alonso in the 68th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Julio Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osvaldo Alonso in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Freixa saved Bolivia from getting behind. Antonio 1961 FC's Filiberto Quintas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Antonio 1961 FC from getting a goal against them.
