The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Esquadrão Lusitano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Derman Anoia to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Peczkowski in the 4th minute of play forced Esquadrão Lusitano's goalkeeper Vítor Damas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Adam Healy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vítor Damas. Esquadrão Lusitano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adam Healy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. FC Viper's Wincenty Kinic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Sá in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Viper's Adam Healy got a free kick in the 30th minute. Esquadrão Lusitano's Vítor Damas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Healy in the 32nd minute of play. When Cristiano Cigaran came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Esquadrão Lusitano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Cigaran couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Esquadrão Lusitano defense, Wasyl Wieloch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vítor Damas. The Esquadrão Lusitano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vítor Damas should have stopped the shot. Vítor Damas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Healy in the 39th minute of play. Vítor Damas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Healy's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. After 40 played minutes FC Viper got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Sitko. Cristiano Cigaran might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wincenty Kinic. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Cigaran ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, FC Viper's Wincenty Kinic got control of the ball when Rui Sá tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Esquadrão Lusitano getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Silvério Lameirinhas hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rui Sá to strike the kick off in the second half. Wincenty Kinic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Sá in the 52nd minute of play. Rui Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Wincenty Kinic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Damas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Healy in the 63rd minute of play. If Cristiano Cigaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Viper booed when Esquadrão Lusitano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Wasyl Rutkowski made a precise shot to the right of Vítor Damas. Esquadrão Lusitano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 76 minutes into the match, FC Viper's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Cigaran came free, but Wincenty Kinic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, Esquadrão Lusitano's Cristiano Cigaran made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wincenty Kinic was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wincenty Kinic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Rui Sá cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Wincenty Kinic was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Viper's Wincenty Kinic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Sá in the 81st minute of play. Wasyl Wieloch kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Esquadrão Lusitano's Rui Sá got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tymoteusz Olejniczak during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
