Nistor Sfetcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Deery, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The corner ended in Cyryl Bojanowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but bullfinches's Nistor Sfetcu did a great save. The Predators fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Predators's Çakır Baycan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Liviu Zubaşcu in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uchenna Panter saved Predators from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, Çakır Baycan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nistor Sfetcu. bullfinches's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Çakır Baycan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The supporters of Predators booed when bullfinches was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matei Mischie didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Predators's Uchenna Panter got control of the ball when Liviu Zubaşcu tried to sneak it across the goal line. bullfinches's Liviu Zubaşcu managed to work through Predators's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Liviu Zubaşcu dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Liviu Zubaşcu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Marcel Freitas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nistor Sfetcu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Marcel Freitas hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Çakır Baycan took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nistor Sfetcu. Nistor Sfetcu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Milosz Deery recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th match minute, bullfinches was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Pantiș to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of bullfinches booed when Predators was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walker Bird didn't get a good kick on the ball. Predators's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milosz Deery was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uchenna Panter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Liviu Zubaşcu's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Predators's goal looked a bit too open when Liviu Zubaşcu came free, but Uchenna Panter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cyryl Bojanowski's late challenge caught a bullfinches's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcel Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nistor Sfetcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çakır Baycan in the 96th minute of the match.
