Quitilipi's Korneliusz Brak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Froila in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Quitilipi's Jeremey Vanooteghem ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastián Junes. Sebastián Junes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Abaunza came free, but Korneliusz Brak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Korneliusz Brak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Erlantz in the 11th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Celtic FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elliott Tinglöf came free, but Sebastián Junes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Jeremey Vanooteghem got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sebastián Junes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 20 minutes into the game, Celtic FC's Isidoro Lugo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Korneliusz Brak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Korneliusz Brak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Lugo in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the Quitilipi defense, Nicolas Froila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Korneliusz Brak. The Quitilipi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Korneliusz Brak should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute Jacinto Abaunza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Brak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Ferran during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Diego Ferran hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Grischa Fridrich hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Sebastián Junes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Ferran in the 38th minute. Quitilipi's Korneliusz Brak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Lugo in the 44th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Celtic FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Junes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcu Scripcaru. After the first half Celtic FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Korneliusz Brak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee ignored Quitilipi's protests and gave Domingo Haritzeder a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Domingo Haritzeder got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremey Vanooteghem in the 59th minute of play forced Celtic FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Junes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute of the match, Nicolas Froila got a very nice opportunity to score, but Korneliusz Brak was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Korneliusz Brak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Abaunza, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Abaunza came free, but Korneliusz Brak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacinto Abaunza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Korneliusz Brak. Diego Ferran hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Celtic FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
