Raul Heriberto shot from long distance after 23 played minutes, a shot that Arsenio Cordeal with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Anacleto Unax in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Plebeyos's Carlos Monzón. Cipriano Pasqual blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arsenio Cordeal having to make a save. Arsenio Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Pasqual in the 29th minute of play. Guilherme Basso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenio Cordeal came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by CAI NEUQUEN's Cipriano Pasqual. But to his dismay, Cipriano Pasqual quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Cipriano Pasqual's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arsenio Cordeal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, Plebeyos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Monzón to maneuver through the defense. CAI NEUQUEN's Lee-Paul Ramon got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Plebeyos getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Kåre Uter hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Guilherme Basso made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Cipriano Pasqual ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arsenio Cordeal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After having played for 60 minutes, Raul Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAI NEUQUEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guilherme Basso scored 2-2 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ermegildo Horado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cipriano Pasqual could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Arsenio Cordeal made a huge save. CAI NEUQUEN's Jacinto Asteri was substituted for Romeo Elija. Plebeyos's Kåre Uter quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dionisio Felo, made in the 74th minute of the game. CAI NEUQUEN's Cipriano Pasqual got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Cipriano Pasqual ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arsenio Cordeal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 94th match minute, CAI NEUQUEN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Pasqual to maneuver through the defense. Ermegildo Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guilherme Basso, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
