Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Guilherme Basso made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Waitakere F.C.'s Piara Santo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arsenio Cordeal. Arsenio Cordeal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Piara Santos short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Arsenio Cordeal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 9 minutes, Iacob Penaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Waitakere F.C. and the Plebeyos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iacob Penaru kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Plebeyos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Mangueira to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Piara Santo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 27 minutes of play, Waitakere F.C.'s Piara Santo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arsenio Cordeal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Piara Santo took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arsenio Cordeal. Arsenio Cordeal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The throw-in from Carlos Monzón in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Waitakere F.C.'s Jairo Virila. Carlos Monzón kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Piara Santo made a kick off. Arsenio Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gar Gamel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th match minute, Waitakere F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Che Kasten to maneuver through the defense. Waitakere F.C. made a substitution. Nacho Scocco replaced Delmiro Oto. Waitakere F.C. made a substitution. Eduardo Vasco replaced Gar Gamel. The supporters of Plebeyos booed when Waitakere F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Che Kasten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Marcos Burni successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcos Burni was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Guilherme Basso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Guilherme Basso really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. 69 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Vasco came free, but Arsenio Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Waitakere F.C. were awarded a corner. Gabriel Batistuta went to the cornerflag to take it. Waitakere F.C.'s Gabriel Batistuta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arsenio Cordeal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Vasco in the 76th minute of play forced Plebeyos's goalkeeper Arsenio Cordeal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Batistuta in the 77th minute of the match. Guilherme Basso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Burni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nacho Scocco in the 84th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Batistuta in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arsenio Cordeal saved Plebeyos from getting behind. Arsenio Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nacho Scocco, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nacho Scocco in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsenio Cordeal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Waitakere F.C. were the better team. Waitakere F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
