The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amado Jordão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joey Tribbiani went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Amado Jordão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Traczewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Punk Fiction's goal looked a bit too open when Joey Tribbiani came free, but Amado Jordão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Nayely kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When Gilberto Nayely came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Punk Fiction fans jumped to their feet. Amado Jordão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kazimierz Traczewski went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerazan Pujana in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amado Jordão saved Punk Fiction from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerazan Pujana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akakios Kountouratzis in the 58th minute of play forced Punk Fiction's goalkeeper Amado Jordão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's Benigno Feo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Nayely in the 65th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Elpidio Chap got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Traczewski in the 76th minute of play forced Punk Fiction's goalkeeper Amado Jordão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilberto Nayely sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Punk Fiction's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's Akakios Kountouratzis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amado Jordão. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Punk Fiction's goalkeeper Amado Jordão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
