An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Pasqual in the 45th minute of play forced Waitakere F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcos Burni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waitakere F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cipriano Pasqual was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2.
