Ermegildo Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nacho Scocco in the 20th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Gabriel Batistuta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ermegildo Horado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of CAI NEUQUEN booed when StardustRevolution was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavius Ichim didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, StardustRevolution's Marcos Burni got control of the ball when Miodrag Belo tried to sneak it across the goal line. CAI NEUQUEN's Miodrag Belo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Anier Sandaili in the 34 minute of the game. Cipriano Pasqual's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Burni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Pasqual was the one to do the kick off.
