Korneliusz Brak made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Cipriano Pasqual sent off a good shot on target. 18 minutes into the match, CAI NEUQUEN's goal looked a bit too open when Elliott Tinglöf came free, but Ermegildo Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Cipriano Pasqual dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Korneliusz Brak, 2-0. The supporters of CAI NEUQUEN booed when Quitilipi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Milian didn't get a good kick on the ball. CAI NEUQUEN's Cipriano Pasqual got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaudencio Milian kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Cipriano Pasqual managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAI NEUQUEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Pasqual was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Elliott Tinglöf got a free kick in the 38th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Lee-Paul Ramon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAI NEUQUEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lee-Paul Ramon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 40 played minutes Quitilipi got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Orzaize. CAI NEUQUEN's Ermegildo Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elliott Tinglöf in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cipriano Pasqual to strike the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliott Tinglöf, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The audience was convinced that Elliott Tinglöf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermegildo Horado was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quitilipi's goalkeeper Korneliusz Brak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CAI NEUQUEN's Kahlil Ardiansyah was substituted for Jacinto Asteri. In the 81st match minute, Quitilipi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Benvide to maneuver through the defense. Ermegildo Horado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Unax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingo Haritzeder's late challenge caught a CAI NEUQUEN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
