Horacio Librado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amado Jordão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Punk Fiction's Elpidio Chap got a free kick in the 30th minute. Amado Jordão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Crouch in the 35th minute of play. In the 41st minute Peter Crouch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Jordão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ZORZAL01's attentive Horacio Librado managed to snatch the ball when Celedonio Lucado made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Crouch in the 46th minute of play forced Punk Fiction's goalkeeper Amado Jordão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Gilberto Nayely made the kick off in the second half. Peter Crouch scored 0-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amado Jordão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over ZORZAL01 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Punk Fiction throughout the match.
