Israel Palben made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máximo Kirchner in the 13th minute of play. Unidad de Matanza's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Waldemar Okopny in the 14th minute. Venancio Cristofol made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Eddie Vedder sent off a good shot on target. Venancio Cristofol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Cipinski in the 19th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Emil Cipinski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Cesar Bibiano hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 22 played minutes, Unidad de Matanza's Maarten Aelbrecht shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Israel Palben came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Unidad de Matanza reached it.
