Peter Crouch stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcos Burni. 0-1. Marcos Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Crouch in the 7th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Piara Santo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Qin Fan Sheng was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, ZORZAL01's Horacio Librado got a free kick in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the game, ZORZAL01's Peter Crouch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Burni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Qin Fan Sheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piara Santo went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, ZORZAL01's Peter Crouch sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Burni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Piara Santo might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Qin Fan Sheng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Piara Santo ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, ZORZAL01's goalkeeper Qin Fan Sheng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piara Santo. Qin Fan Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piara Santo in the 32nd minute of play. Qin Fan Sheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piara Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Peter Crouch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Marcos Burni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Qin Fan Sheng made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Piara Santo sent off a good shot on target. ZORZAL01's Pavel Nedvěd managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Silverio Padro in the 38 minute of the game. Aurelio Serapio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Aurelio Serapio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. StardustRevolution's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZORZAL01 the free kick. In the 46th minute, Aurelio Serapio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Burni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Crouch, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half ZORZAL01 were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Piara Santo to make the kick off. If Horacio Librado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Crouch in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Burni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peter Crouch took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Burni. Marcos Burni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. StardustRevolution's Nacho Scocco was substituted for Delmiro Oto. StardustRevolution's Gabriel Batistuta was substituted for Piara Santo. Peter Crouch might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Burni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Crouch ran back to his position shaking his head. ZORZAL01's Qin Fan Sheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Batistuta in the 76th minute of play. Nacho Scocco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qin Fan Sheng having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, ZORZAL01 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Millrick Moya to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute of the match Gabriel Batistuta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Qin Fan Sheng skillfully saved the ball. 96 minutes into the game, StardustRevolution's Nacho Scocco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Qin Fan Sheng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5.
