Karl Dahlberg hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, FC Kraków1983's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Zenon Niezywy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes FC Kraków1983 got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Lindholm.

FC Kraków1983's Zenon Niezywy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 53rd minute of play. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Čuk went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. A sloppy throw-in by Fryderyk Motowski in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Panama's Miguel Miralles. In the 61st minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Niezywy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Juan Čuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kraków1983 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Panama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Kraków1983:s goal. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Čuk in the 75th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Mentis in the 76th minute of play. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Motowski in the 77th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Juan Čuk made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fryderyk Motowski in the 89th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Fryderyk Motowski notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 95 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Walery Jajecznica came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Čuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Kraków1983 had played much better football throughout.
