Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Chu Zhen Xun got the match started through his kick off. ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C. were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chu Zhen Xun took the corner. The corner ended in Chu Zhen Xun almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Mahmud Alp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 14th minute of play. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After 20 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abubakar Kamarád got free with Julio Vera in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Mahmud Alp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mahmud Alp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of the match. Abubakar Kamarád scored 1-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s Mahmud Alp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Mahmud Alp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s Anestis Tsoukalas got a free kick in the 44th minute. Cristian Sancho hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Kornel Brahm struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Mahmud Alp was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 54 minute of play. In the 58th match minute, ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demis Krasopoulos to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthis Paelemans in the 64th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Mahmud Alp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mahmud Alp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 74th minute. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s Abubakar Kamarád got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abubakar Kamarád in the 84th minute of the match. Mahmud Alp made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Mahmud Alp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
