Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edin Džeko kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kacper Tobiáš breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Zorita scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kacper Tobiáš, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Kacper Tobiáš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. Sosnowiec's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edin Džeko in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Edin Džeko came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute of the game Camilo Gisbert made a throw-in which Luis Andino played forward. 37 minutes into the game, Edin Džeko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Edin Džeko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edin Džeko in the 42nd minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Kacper Tobiáš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edin Džeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Andino made in the 76th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cristian Sancho however managed to control. F.C. Sosnowiec's Kacper Tobiáš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 82nd minute of play. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes in the game Luis Andino did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Cristian Sancho. Edin Džeko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edin Džeko went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing F.C. Sosnowiec to leave the ground with a draw.
