With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mark Olsson in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rune Söder. Rune Söder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rune Söder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 22nd minute of play. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Rune Söder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Firma Barnängen's goalkeeper Rune Söder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Firma Barnängen's Vidar Gummeson got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match, Humberto Alcaraz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Jonathan Löv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Firma Barnängen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Söder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Firma Barnängen's goalkeeper Rune Söder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd match minute, Firma Barnängen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidar Gummeson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Firma Barnängen booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mark Olsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Jonathan Löv hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Bernt Runberg charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernt Runberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Firma Barnängen's Bernt Runberg got a free kick in the 68th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Montenegro in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rune Söder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Ecuador's Felix Montenegro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 79 played minutes Firma Barnängen got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Alcaraz. Jonathan Löv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. If Mark Olsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th match minute, Firma Barnängen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 罗珂国 to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Rune Söder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Firma Barnängen.
