Henrique Prata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 5th minute of the match. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rowen Doherty in the 9th minute of play. Grêmio Bulls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastião Tróia in the 11th minute. The throw-in from Caetano da Silveira in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Henrique Prata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Sunday Skinas sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Grêmio Bulls's Rolando Noboa threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Romulo Lehen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Henrique Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but Henrique Prata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Sunday Skinas came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Henrique Prata when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Caetano da Silveira made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Caetano da Silveira made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. Henrique Prata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Henrique Prata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Alonso Berganza was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Henrique Prata in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Luz Tejedor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Grêmio Bulls had won, even though Peru had held more of the ball.
