Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mario Fernandino started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Olimpiu Luca came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Poli Iași fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olimpiu Luca couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Alfonso de la Cruz got a free kick in the 8th minute. After some careless play in the Poli Iași defense, Julio Chicote kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelian Stroia. The Poli Iași fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelian Stroia should have stopped the shot. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Peter, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Nuțu in the 17th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Poli Iași's Olimpiu Luca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Freixa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eduardo Fontirroig might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelian Stroia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduardo Fontirroig ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Julio Chicote got a free kick in the 25th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicu Timofte during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 30 minutes, Alfredo Ferrant managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Ferrant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Poli Iași booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Tejedor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 played minutes Poli Iași got a freekick which was hit by Remus Nuțu. In the 42nd minute, Julio Chicote ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelian Stroia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Camilo Freixa came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Poli Iași's Olimpiu Luca. But to his dismay, Olimpiu Luca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 54th minute, Eduardo Fontirroig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrian Chiuzbaian kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Alfredo Ferrant got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Eduardo Fontirroig notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Poli Iași's Aurelian Stroia. Aurelian Stroia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olimpiu Luca in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Nuțu in the 66th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelian Stroia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Chicote got free with Aurelian Stroia in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelian Stroia having to interfere. Adrian Chiuzbaian hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Eduardo Fontirroig kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aurelian Stroia. That made the score 1-5 in the 86 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olimpiu Luca during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Poli Iași was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Luca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Aurelian Stroia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolivia. Mario Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Poli Iași fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bolivia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
