Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Allan Pettersson started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Wingspan's Eric Wallin got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 7 minutes of play, USA's Cassius Byrne made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristian Modig was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Kristian Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monty Rogers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristian Modig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Wingspan defense, Cassius Byrne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristian Modig. The FC Wingspan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Modig should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute of the game Raphael Moore made a throw-in which Cassius Byrne played forward. Monty Rogers scored 0-3 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Modig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Allan Pettersson sent off a good shot on target. Raphael Moore made in the 33rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jacob May immediately put the ball in play. In the 35th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Modig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Mcdonald came free, but Kristian Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42ndth minute of the game Edward Mcdonald who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 43 minutes, Cassius Byrne made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute Allan Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Allan Pettersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Day was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Pettersson in the 57th minute of play. FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 65th minute of play forced FC Wingspan's goalkeeper Kristian Modig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monty Rogers struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Kristian Modig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Wingspan from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd play minute Zach Harrison came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kristian Modig. 1-6. After a defensive mix-up in FC Wingspan's zone, Edward Mcdonald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Modig came out of the goal and Edward Mcdonald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A throw-in in the 80th minute of the game was made by Raphael Moore with Sam Campbell as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Khalid Parry in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristian Modig prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jocke Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jocke Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Raphael Moore in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Wingspan's Cristian-Federico Overman. 90 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goalkeeper Kristian Modig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Khalid Parry. After some careless play in the FC Wingspan defense, Khalid Parry kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristian Modig. The FC Wingspan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Modig should have stopped the shot. Kristian Modig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khalid Parry in the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded USA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Wingspan.
