Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FC Wingspan's Allan Pettersson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Kristian Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristian Modig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 15th minute of play. Kristian Modig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 17th minute of the match. Kristian Modig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Mina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Modig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Allan Pettersson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Rolando Noboa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Emmanuel Reyes got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Milagros Fraga. In the 28th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Modig was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 33 minutes into the match, Allan Pettersson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute of the match Peru got a corner. FC Wingspan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Eliseo Mina got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kristian Modig quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 38th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Modig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FC Wingspan's Allan Pettersson in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Wingspan's zone, Milagros Fraga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Modig came out of the goal and Milagros Fraga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kristian Modig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 45th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Modig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian-Federico Overman hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kristian Modig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Gabrio in the 52nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes FC Wingspan got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Wassenius. Kristian Modig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Peru's Kristian Modig threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eliseo Mina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 75th minute of play. Cristian-Federico Overman hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. FC Wingspan made a substitution. Jocke Nilsson replaced Allan Pettersson. Kristian Modig made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th match minute, FC Wingspan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Wassenius to maneuver through the defense. Kristian Modig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. FC Wingspan's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
