Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Lopez saved Azcurra AFC from getting behind. Salvador Gisbert hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Leo Lopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. A sloppy throw-in by Roman Nuno in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Leo Lopez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Azcurra AFC's goalkeeper Leo Lopez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Pancho in the 45th minute of play. Azcurra AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Celedonio Aragones in the 47th minute. The corner ended in Celedonio Aragones almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kıraç Ustaoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Roman Nuno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Azcurra AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Roman Nuno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Lopez having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Amadeo Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kıraç Ustaoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Azcurra AFC were furious when Roman Nuno was red carded, 69 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Leo Lopez made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leo Lopez having to make a save. Azcurra AFC's Leo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Azcurra AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Venezuela were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
