Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dinu Bocu took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlos Konstantakakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Luca Zorita hit a great ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Pavlos Konstantakakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Hamburg Fighters's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 18th minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Pavlos Konstantakakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Dinu Bocu took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Dante Lacasa to make any attempt to save it. In the 27th minute Gianni Balla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gianluca Balla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Dinu Bocu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Dante Lacasa 31 minutes into the match. Gianluca Balla's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dante Lacasa firmly grabbed it by the left post. 37 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Bocu came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when Hamburg Fighters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Schmettau didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Pavlos Konstantakakis. Hamburg Fighters's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The Hamburg Fighters players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Pavlos Konstantakakis made a huge save. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Konstantakakis having to interfere. Facundo Cadaval could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Pavlos Konstantakakis made a huge save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinu Bocu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Hamburg Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Dinu Bocu. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3.
