In the 3rd minute Sergen Sergen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergen Sergen in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alan Said got free with Dante Lacasa in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Attard Gunners's Alan Said got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jay Jowsey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Attard Gunners's Sergen Sergen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jay Jowsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 24th minute of the match. Sergen Sergen might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergen Sergen ran back to his position shaking his head. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergen Sergen in the 26th minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Attard Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Jay Jowsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alan Said to strike the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neville Ciscaldi in the 52nd minute of the match. Facundo Cadaval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jay Jowsey having to interfere. With a little luck, Attard Gunners's Jay Jowsey got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Luca Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 83 minutes into the match, Attard Gunners's goalkeeper Jay Jowsey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Attard Gunners's Jean Carl Cassar Torreggiani. But to his dismay, Jean Carl Cassar Torreggiani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Attard Gunners's Michael Testaferrata Olivier was substituted for Alan Said. The Mexico supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mexico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
