If Larkins Potter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Larkins Potter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. When Wara's Larkins Potter in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Wara's Larkins Potter slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 3-1 after 32 minutes of play. 35 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Larkins Potter. Larkins Potter in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 37 in the game by Larkins Potter from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larkins Potter in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Larkins Potter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Larkins Potter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elias Urdaspal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 46th minute of the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Wara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cheb El-Hadi didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Elias Urdaspal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larkins Potter in the 55th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faouzi Louahla hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Wara's Elias Urdaspal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Wara from getting a goal against them. Larkins Potter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Larkins Potter, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Wara's goalkeeper Elias Urdaspal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. 71 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wara the free kick. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larkins Potter in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Wara's Larkins Potter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Elias Urdaspal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joshua Secada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Wara getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Jean-Baptiste Boulebda hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Urdaspal having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Wara's Larkins Potter. But to his dismay, Larkins Potter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Elias Urdaspal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wara's Elias Urdaspal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Wara from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the game, Cheb El-Hadi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Jose Correa quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Wara's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. Wara's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
