Zbigniew Kurwil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Ditlev Dønkjær managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YNWA classic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ditlev Dønkjær was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Binne Deans made in the 11th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bowie Dillon immediately put the ball in play. In the 17th minute, Valder Harpøth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Obiajulu Head in the 18th minute of play forced YNWA classic's goalkeeper Wilfred Sollohub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Babayaro Brzęczyszczykiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valder Harpøth in the 19th minute of play. Bowie Dillon scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilfred Sollohub, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th match minute, YNWA classic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valder Harpøth to maneuver through the defense. Wilfred Sollohub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Obiajulu Head in the 27th minute of play. If Valder Harpøth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. YNWA classic's Valder Harpøth got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Zbigniew Kurwil managed to get in a good position for a shot. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's supporters rose to their feet, but Zbigniew Kurwil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfred Sollohub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Obiajulu Head stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Åge Hasle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Wilfred Sollohub managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Bowie Dillon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, YNWA classic's Amdi Talmer got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 67th minute Zbigniew Kurwil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfred Sollohub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Babayaro Brzęczyszczykiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valder Harpøth in the 70th minute of the match. Wilfred Sollohub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilian McDonald in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Oscar Krayenbuhl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Obiajulu Head got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Obiajulu Head sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. YNWA classic's Ditlev Dønkjær got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
