Irman Roos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Lane in the 3rd minute of play. If Teddy Ball had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Goo Goo Dolls booed when HEJA ESLÖV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörn Häger didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Goo Goo Dolls's Felix Lane dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Thor Åkesson charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thor Åkesson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, HEJA ESLÖV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thor Åkesson to maneuver through the defense. Irman Roos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gianluca Infante. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Lane in the 14th minute of play forced HEJA ESLÖV's goalkeeper Irman Roos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, HEJA ESLÖV's Irman Roos got control of the ball when Teddy Ball tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Lane succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 18th playminute. Irman Roos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Lane in the 21st minute of the match. Irman Roos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Lane, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Felix Lane received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Irman Roos came out and tried to block the shot, but Felix Lane slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 21st minute. Felix Lane had several of the HEJA ESLÖV's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Irman Roos as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 27 minutes of play, Goo Goo Dolls's Cacá Mangione made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Irman Roos was left in no man's land by his defense there! A sloppy throw-in by Dom Rusby in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by HEJA ESLÖV's Magne Bohlin. With his leg Irman Roos managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Goo Goo Dolls's Teddy Ball fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Irman Roos made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Teddy Ball sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Felix Lane kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Irman Roos. That made the score 6-0 in the 36 minute of play. Cacá Mangione could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Irman Roos made a huge save. 42 minutes into the game, Felix Lane recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Irman Roos. Felix Lane showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. In the 47th minute, Goo Goo Dolls's Cacá Mangione dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximilian Johnsson was the one to do the kick off. HEJA ESLÖV's Irman Roos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teddy Ball in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Goo Goo Dolls's Felix Lane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Irman Roos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. When Goo Goo Dolls's Felix Lane in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HEJA ESLÖV's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Maximilian Johnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. HEJA ESLÖV's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximilian Johnsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Cuss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Thor Åkesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Irman Roos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Mangione, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Maximilian Johnsson struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Benjamin Cuss didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HEJA ESLÖV. HEJA ESLÖV's attentive Magne Bohlin managed to snatch the ball when Dom Rusby made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. Alexander Törnblom hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Irman Roos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cacá Mangione, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Goo Goo Dolls's zone, Maximilian Johnsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Cuss came out of the goal and Maximilian Johnsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's goal looked a bit too open when Matteo Gillis came free, but Irman Roos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Irman Roos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teddy Ball in the 84th minute of play.
