Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cacá Mangione made the kick off and thus started the match. Sture Böcklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Felix Lane managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goo Goo Dolls's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Lane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henning Lundhberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Goo Goo Dolls booed when FC South Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Arne Nordmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, FC South Park's goal looked a bit too open when Cacá Mangione came free, but Henning Lundhberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Goo Goo Dolls's goalkeeper Benjamin Cuss had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johan Svanberg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johan Svanberg got free with Benjamin Cuss in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Goo Goo Dolls's Benjamin Cuss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Goo Goo Dolls from getting a goal against them. Goo Goo Dolls's Benjamin Cuss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Ove Hägglund in the 23rd minute of play. Olimpiu Dragnea kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Benjamin Cuss made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Johan Svanberg sent off a good shot on target. Goo Goo Dolls's Olimpiu Dragnea was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Henning Lundhberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Henning Lundhberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Mangione in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Jan-Ove Hägglund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benjamin Cuss. The goal made the score 1-0. After 34 played minutes FC South Park got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Bagge. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sture Böcklund got free with Benjamin Cuss in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sture Böcklund in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benjamin Cuss, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 40th minute, Olimpiu Dragnea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Goo Goo Dolls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Benjamin Cuss successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Benjamin Cuss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Ove Hägglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johan Svanberg made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Svanberg in the 51st minute of play forced Goo Goo Dolls's goalkeeper Benjamin Cuss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Goo Goo Dolls's Benjamin Cuss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sture Böcklund in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Jan-Ove Hägglund made a precise shot to the right of Benjamin Cuss. Goo Goo Dolls's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Henning Lundhberg came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Goo Goo Dolls's Cacá Mangione. But to his dismay, Cacá Mangione quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Henning Lundhberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Lane in the 61st minute of play. FC South Park's Henning Lundhberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Mangione in the 64th minute of play. Benjamin Cuss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Hägglund in the 65th minute of play. Benjamin Cuss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Ove Hägglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Cuss stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johan Svanberg's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute, Goo Goo Dolls's Olimpiu Dragnea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henning Lundhberg. Henning Lundhberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Henning Lundhberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olimpiu Dragnea in the 76th minute. Goo Goo Dolls's Felix Lane suffered a concussion after 78 minutes and had to leave the field. After 78 minutes, Lars-Erik Bagge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC South Park and the Goo Goo Dolls players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, FC South Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars-Erik Bagge to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olimpiu Dragnea in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henning Lundhberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Goo Goo Dolls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olimpiu Dragnea in the 86th minute. The corner led Goo Goo Dolls's Olimpiu Dragnea to fire away a dangerous shot which Henning Lundhberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 87th minute of the match, Cacá Mangione tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Henning Lundhberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cacá Mangione could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Henning Lundhberg made a huge save. Benjamin Cuss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliott Axelsson in the 92nd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Goo Goo Dolls had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
