After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Maxim Gogea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. With 19 minutes on the clock, Milagros Cabal commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 18 minutes into the game, one of Honduras:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Gogea in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bror Hanmark made a kick off. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maxim Gogea's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Maxim Gogea sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. 74 minutes into the game, BK Nerysminne's Maxim Gogea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 77th minute, Luca Espinar had to leave the field with a concussion. 77 minutes into the game, Eric Berggren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Nerysminne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. After a rather tough play, BK Nerysminne's Eric Berggren got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Gogea came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gao Fei Zheng, made in the 82nd minute of the game. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Gogea in the 83rd minute of play. Valentín Carvallo got a throw-in 86 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Christian Sancho. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gao Fei Zheng in the 93 minute of the game. Esteban Carvallo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. BK Nerysminne's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
