The score was now 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, Cristiano Lewandowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. André Courtois was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute, Jonathan Sammut ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albérico Bernardes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristiano Lewandowski in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Courtois saved Templars FC from getting behind. Argir Monev's late challenge caught a Templars FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Argir Monev helped the player get up and apologised. Templars FC's André Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamil Sungur in the 30th minute of play. In the 54thth minute of the game Jonathan Sammut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VN Ultra Spartak's Albérico Bernardes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 55th minute of the match Templars FC got a corner. VN Ultra Spartak's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adelino Marques ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Templars FC's Ziya Onur Muzaffer to fire away a dangerous shot which Albérico Bernardes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Templars FC's André Courtois got control of the ball when Cristiano Lewandowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hamílton Tinoco hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, VN Ultra Spartak's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Sammut came free, but Albérico Bernardes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Lewandowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Templars FC's Márk Kovács was substituted for Jonathan Sammut. For all the effort they put into the match, the VN Ultra Spartak players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Templars FC.
