Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 10th play minute Vítek Bittner came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Julio Vera. 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Vítek Bittner came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Svatomír Krajíček who took care of the corner kick. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vítek Bittner in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Přemek Ouředník made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Agustín Saelices advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-1 in the 24th minute. Přemek Ouředník made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Přemek Ouředník tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Ecuador were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svatomír Krajíček in the 50th minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Pardubice Hurricanes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. Pardubice Hurricanes's Radoslav Plašil got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pardubice Hurricanes made a substitution. Jiří Rychtář replaced Vítek Bittner. Radoslav Plašil kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Svatomír Krajíček hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Přemek Ouředník could save by the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiří Rychtář in the 74th minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiří Rychtář, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pardubice Hurricanes were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Svatomír Krajíček took the corner. Pardubice Hurricanes's Přemek Ouředník proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Pardubice Hurricanes from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Přemek Ouředník having to interfere. The supporters of Pardubice Hurricanes booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiří Rychtář, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pardubice Hurricanes throughout the match.
