Egg Chasers FC's Dominic Beale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dominic Beale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Egg Chasers FC's zone, Primitivo Escribano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dominic Beale came out of the goal and Primitivo Escribano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrick Toovey's late challenge caught a Paraguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrick Toovey helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Patrick Toovey got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Jaime Pardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dominic Beale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Egg Chasers FC booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Pardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egg Chasers FC's Patrick Toovey quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jose Sanz, made in the 31st minute of the game. Egg Chasers FC's Dominic Beale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 minutes of play, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dominic Beale was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jose Sanz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Beale having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Dave Linkletter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Pardo, 45 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Dominic Beale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half Paraguay were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Beale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes in the game Juan Diego Tenorio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Primitivo Escribano. In the 59th match minute, Egg Chasers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Toovey to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Pardo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dominic Beale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 61st minute of the match. Egg Chasers FC's Dominic Beale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Egg Chasers FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Escribano got free with Dominic Beale in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dave Linkletter kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Dominic Beale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Pardo in the 69th minute. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Jaime Pardo took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Dominic Beale to make any attempt to save it. Dominic Beale was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Jaime Pardo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jaime Pardo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Venegas made in the 88th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hector Covarrubias however managed to control. In the 90th minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Beale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dominic Beale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Beale having to interfere. Dominic Beale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Paraguay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Egg Chasers FC.
