Drafi's Manolis Ntouvaris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 10th minute of play. Manolis Ntouvaris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Manolis Ntouvaris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 49th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Carballar to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Botasso in the 56th minute of the match. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Abram Secada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolis Ntouvaris having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Chatziioannou Stavrakos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chatziioannou Stavrakos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Elssen in the 83rd minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Malinovský went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. If Ignacio Mastache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Drafi were the better team. Drafi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
