Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Jonathan Sammut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Sammut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, Templars FC's Jonathan Sammut sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. André Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. André Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 18th minute of the match. Jonathan Sammut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Sammut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. André Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 34th minute of play. André Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Mina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Eliseo Mina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

André Courtois made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Sammut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Templars FC's André Courtois was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Peru's Efraim Gilabert got a free kick in the 71st minute. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Phoenix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Templars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but André Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Phoenix, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Templars FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Julian Murillo scored to the left of an out of position André Courtois, making the score, 1-1. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Staffan Apelqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. In the 89th minute Staffan Apelqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Márk Kovács notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Templars FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Peru for much of the match.
