None of the them looked very eager to play. 罗挺树 started the match with the kick off. Janko Pejovič might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Janko Pejovič ran back to his position shaking his head. When Vegim Cvetkovski fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wonderkids's protests and gave Vegim Cvetkovski a yellow card for diving instead. Vegim Cvetkovski kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Svetozar Petrusevski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 罗挺树 in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 21st minute. 28 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Janko Pejovič. A collision led to Wonderkids getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. 罗挺树 hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Svetozar Petrusevski sent off a good shot on target. 罗挺树 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janko Pejovič in the 44th minute of the match. In the 48thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wonderkids's Didi Dionísio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Didi Dionísio saved Wonderkids from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Rakowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwo Rakowicz made in the 57th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Svetozar Petrusevski immediately put the ball in play. Vegim Cvetkovski was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 59th match minute, Wonderkids was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vegim Cvetkovski to maneuver through the defense. Marjan Prokopievski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 73rd minute of play forced Wonderkids's goalkeeper Didi Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Didi Dionísio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Janko Pejovič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janko Pejovič in the 93rd minute of play.
