Joel Bufi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Venancio Sesuldo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Bufi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Bufi. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Bufi got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Infidels F.C's Joel Bufi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Ni Song Kang tried to sneak it across the goal line. Irakliy Ozhogin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 29th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Infidels F.C's Irakliy Ozhogin. Irakliy Ozhogin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36thth minute of the game Joel Bufi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Joel Bufi lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Nordström in the 45th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Bufi to strike the kick off in the second half. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Nordström came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viktor Östlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Infidels F.C were awarded a corner. Venancio Sesuldo went to the cornerflag to take it. Ni Song Kang was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Infidels F.C made a substitution. Gustaf Håkansson replaced Segundo Donzel. After 72 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 73rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute Joel Bufi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Joel Bufi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Infidels F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Bufi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Infidels F.C's Irakliy Ozhogin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Infidels F.C from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Bufi in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 90 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 90th minute of the match Venancio Sesuldo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Infidels F.C had played much better football throughout.
