Glenn Antheunis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 11th minute of the match. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Fanático Pirate De BRAZIL got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emiliano Volponi ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 19 played minutes Fanático Pirate De BRAZIL got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Krzynowek. After 21 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Glenn Antheunis was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Martinez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. When Fanático Pirate De BRAZIL's Braulio Martinez in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Glenn Antheunis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Glenn Antheunis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 34 played minutes Braulio Martinez rounded Ecuador's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. In the 40th minute, Braulio Martinez made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zachary Krzynowek in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Lalay Abduläzimov sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Fanático Pirate De BRAZIL's Glenn Antheunis got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Glenn Antheunis. That made the score 3-4 after 61 minutes of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Martinez in the 64th minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Glenn Antheunis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Glenn Antheunis. That made the score 3-5 in the 69 minute of play. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Braulio Martinez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Fanático Pirate De BRAZIL's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Glenn Antheunis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Braulio Martinez in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 85th minute, Cristian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Fanático Pirate De BRAZIL booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lalay Abduläzimov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
