Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dino Zoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Paul in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Costel Diaconu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 minutes, Cornel Sălcudeanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cormoranii -MM- and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cormoranii -MM- fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! Dino Zoff had in the 14thth minute some difficulties stopping Joel Gaona's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cornel Panaitescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Ramiro Paul put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Lacasa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornel Panaitescu in the 27th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dino Zoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute of play. Dino Zoff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cornel Panaitescu went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. In the 39th match minute, Cormoranii -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Vulpe to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Zoff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dino Zoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Cornel Panaitescu came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 47th minute of play forced Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Paul to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Ramiro Paul ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornel Panaitescu in the 59th minute of play. Dino Zoff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 65th match minute, Cormoranii -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Vulpe to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After 75 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dino Zoff was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Cormoranii -MM- from getting a goal against them. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Cormoranii -MM-'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Cormoranii -MM- getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Cornel Sălcudeanu hit a great ball. Cornel Panaitescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Cormoranii -MM- supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
