Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Maciej Kowalski took the kick off in the first half of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilmi Duka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Everardo Mingo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Ilmi Duka made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The attack was good, but when Luis Andino in the 18th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 21st minute of the match Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Everardo Mingo skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Maciej Kowalski could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ilmi Duka scored 3-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilmi Duka in the 38th minute of the match. Ilmi Duka might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ilmi Duka ran back to his position shaking his head. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilmi Duka in the 41st minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Ac Milan's goalkeeper Everardo Mingo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. 51 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Everardo Mingo. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilmi Duka in the 54th minute of play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ilmi Duka came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ac Milan's Ilmi Duka in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Ac Milan's Everardo Mingo got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd minute of the match Matthias Jansson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. In the 74th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Everardo Mingo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 89th minute of play forced Ac Milan's goalkeeper Everardo Mingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ac Milan had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
