Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hatayspor's Nafiz Revis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Güvenç Taşan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Güvenç Taşan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 19th minute of play. In the 27th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Chile's Xavier Figueroa getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 28th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Carballar to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Hatayspor's Thiago Pliego threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nafiz Revis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game was made by Sermet Baydar with Süleyman Aksun as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hatayspor's goalkeeper Güvenç Taşan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güvenç Taşan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dario Guillem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Güvenç Taşan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 52nd minute of the match. Güvenç Taşan made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Alan Tamayo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baskın Türker in the 55th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the game Mehmet Akif Civanmert made a throw-in which Nafiz Revis played forward. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nafiz Revis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Hatayspor's corner Alp Torehan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thiago Pliego quite easily take care of the ball. Güvenç Taşan made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Orlando Casaus sent off a good shot on target. Jose Manzanedo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Nafiz Revis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Hatayspor's Güvenç Taşan. Güvenç Taşan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mariano Lacasa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Güvenç Taşan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that İbrahim Ethem Acaralp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by İbrahim Ethem Acaralp in the 89th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Güvenç Taşan came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. When the match was over Chile could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hatayspor throughout the match.
