Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ola Lund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ola Lund in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Garsås IF got a corner. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Archie Brodie ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Angelo Mino heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Ola Lund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ola Lund, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ola Lund in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Sjö saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garsås IF's Alfons Sjö proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Garsås IF from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ola Lund might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ola Lund ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Lund came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfons Sjö was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Garsås IF's attentive Önder Sezer managed to snatch the ball when Antonio Indiano made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Ignacio Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 85th minute of play forced Garsås IF's goalkeeper Alfons Sjö to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Garsås IF getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Göran Lindholm hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Secada in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfons Sjö prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Garsås IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
