After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Konrad Bubczyk quite easily take care of the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Komornicki in the 25th minute of the match. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Bennvar Elin came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Mattis Magic Team's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
